    Secretary of State for Science and Higher Education

    Member of the Government of Mozambique, responsible for science and higher education.

    Chair of the Technical Commission — Inclusive National Dialogue

    Chair of the Technical Commission for the materialisation of the political commitment to an Inclusive National Dialogue.

    Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education

    Member of the Government of Mozambique, with the science, technology and higher education portfolio.

    Representation of the State and coordination of governance at provincial level.
