    Secretary of State for Science and Higher Education

    Member of the Government of Mozambique, responsible for science and higher education.

    Chair of the Technical Commission — Inclusive National Dialogue

    Chair of the Technical Commission for the materialisation of the political commitment to an Inclusive National Dialogue.

    Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education

    Member of the Government of Mozambique, with the science, technology and higher education portfolio.

    Secretary of State for Manica Province

    Representation of the State and coordination of governance at provincial level.

    Chair of the 1st Committee — Assembly of the Republic

    Committee on Constitutional Affairs, Human Rights and Legality. Oversaw 163 legal opinions and led the work on the Penal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Execution of Sentences.
